Family Law

Personal injury clients aren’t the only people we fight for! When we started our firm, we quickly realized there were others who needed our help. We have gained extensive experience in helping clients navigate family law matters for an affordable price. We provide you Family Law Services at an affordable flat fee price with payment plans (no credit checks).

Free Consultations With An Attorney.

Our family law practice is dedicated to providing affordable legal help to parents fighting for their child(ren). Unlike most family law firms, we offer low flat fee pricing with low monthly payment plan options–no huge retainers needed.

Our founding attorney created our model in large part due to what she saw her parent experience when going through a divorce when she was a child herself. We recognize that most family law attorneys have an interest in creating conflict–the more conflict in your case, the more the attorney bills on the case (many firms have minimum billable hours each attorney must hit per month–this means your attorney has an interest in over billing you/inflating their time).

Our attorney found this system repulsive and believes that the attorney’s job is to accomplish the client’s goal with the least amount of conflict/cost to do so. At our firm, we approach family law cases in accordance with the principles of the child custody laws in California–the child’s best interests come first. Our goal is to help parents attain the necessary custody orders and parenting plan that is truly in the child’s best interests.

Our flat fee model does not charge you per email, call, text, etc. We want open lines of communication and to help our clients reach an effective co-parenting relationship (when possible) that is truly in the best interest of the child(ren). Our family law consultations are free–set one with us and see that not all family law attorneys are the same.

We can help you with Family Law matters like:

  • Divorce (contested or uncontested)
  • Parentage (Paternity)
  • Legal separation
  • Child custody (including preparation for meetings with Family Court Services)
  • Child visitation (including preparation for meetings with Family Court Services)
  • Child support
  • Spousal support (alimony)
  • Domestic violence (including restraining orders)

Most of these cases are taken on at a flat fee, with the ability to make a payment plan if needed, because we believe everyone deserves quality representation when it comes to these very personal matters. Contact us to get started.
